Discover the culinary journey of Tais, a multi-talented Chef, Food Scientist, and Nutritionist. Born with a passion for food and gastronomy, Tais' attention to detail and love for ingredients started at a young age. She honed her skills with over 20 years of experience in the food industry, studying Food Science in Australia and graduating as a Chef in 2017 in Singapore.

With a background as a food scientist, Tais brings a unique perspective to her cooking, incorporating her knowledge of science and nutrition into her recipes. During her travels throughout Asia, she was inspired by the diverse ingredients and flavors, always enrolling in local cooking classes to expand her culinary knowledge.

Tais' Kitchen was founded after a lifetime of dedication to her passion for food and her expertise in the industry. From Brazil to Australia to Singapore, Tais' journey has taken her all over the world and now, she is excited to share her love for cuisine with you.

ABOUT TAIS’ KITCHEN

Tais, a passionate food geek and product developer, turned her lifelong love for cooking and experimentation into a thriving business. Starting in her own home in 2015, she created her first Hot Sauce flavor, "Thailand," using a recipe that remains unchanged to this day. With encouragement from friends and family, Tais used her Hot Sauce creation to raise funds for earthquake relief efforts in Nepal, inspiring her to launch her own company, TAIS' KITCHEN PTE LTD, in 2022. With the introduction of her Hot Sauces as her first product line, Tais' unique and delicious creations are now available for everyone to enjoy.
