Shipping & Returns Policy

At Tais’ Kitchen Hot Sauce, we take great pride in the quality of our sauces. Because our products are food items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the safety of all our customers.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your sauce arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass, leaking seal) or if you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.

• Notification: Please contact us at taiskitchen2022@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Proof: Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product and packaging.

• Resolution: We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal taste preferences.

• We cannot accept returns on any bottles that have had the outer safety seal broken or tampered with.

• If you are unsure about a flavor profile, we recommend checking our heat-level guides or starting with a smaller bottle/sampler pack if available.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved (due to damage or error on our part):

• The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Tais’ Kitchen Hot Sauce is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
